Relaxed, very comfortable and interactive. Informative in terms if company overview and the direction of the company. Painted a picture of a day in the life. Discussed operational procedures and set forth expectations on how the processes should work. Spoke about what it's like to lead a team of commissioned associates through coaching and motivating using the tools given to them and through CRM.
