Interview was good, they were interested in prior sales experience. Made the job sound more drama-free (employee wise) than it was. They asked questions about myself, prior job experience, why i want to work there, etc.

Question 1
What is a previous experience where you had a difficult customer?
You go and they ask me a few questions - interview was quick. Offered job on the spot. Started immediately. It was a fast-paced environment. A lot of brides. All female team. Only men are gay.
The process was very professional and made me excited to become a part of the team. The commission scale was a bit confusing but then again it was them interviewing me. I felt comfortable and important.

Interview
Interview process is very standard, only one round. Answered simple questions focused on customer service outcomes and handling difficult situations. Interview was only with the store manager and lasted roughly fifteen minutes.
