Can be a very long process. If you are looking for something immediately, may not be worth it. I have heard of people having 7+ rounds. I did not find the process difficult, but it did take much longer than I thought. They also administer a Caliper test, but if you cheat, they won't hire you. A good score is considered important.

Interview
First stage: Interview with the structuring team and straight after with the quant analyst in their team.
Second stage: Give a task to do over the weekend. The task is quite a lot of work and a bit unreasonable, they could simplify the task while still understanding the candidates capabilities.

After sending all the analysis + a presentation on the work, they didn't get back to me for two weeks and simply said they decided to hire internally.
They seem content in wasting your time.
