It was quite smooth and everyone was incredibly nice. However, it seemed like my interviewers had not read my CV or cover letter and had no interest in the interview as they walked in. Talking to the associate was very nice and we had a nice discussion.
5 rounds of interviews. 1 HR screening, one meeting with a team member, meeting with the hiring manager, and two individual interviews with managers on other BD teams. All behavioral and there was a lot of overlap with the questions asked.
