Dawlance interview questions

The initial interview was scheduled via Zoom and later a physical interview was conducted for over 1.5 hrs. I did really well Alhamdulillah! Later on a link was sent to me via email of Korn Ferry Assessment. The test was really tough. Those who have given this assessment only know. It was really a bad experience to not qualify for a great opportunity on the basis of questions which you won't have to deal in the career e.g. you are failing in a test of commerce related questions while you had qualified to your expertise.

There were three steps which were Test - online interview - final interview. Varied level of difficulty and questions. It was good that it was not a 5-6 step process for just an internship.
