After 2 months and 3 interviews with 5 individuals, I WAS GHOSTED.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. What a waste of my time.
Three stage interview Process (2 months total! That's too long!):
Initial meet and greet with a few light technical questions relating to the job spec.
Second interview with Tech Lead and Senior Dev with more focused technical questions.
Final interview with Management, HR, and other Tech Leads, and EVEN MORE technical questions.

"So, within two or three minutes, can you think of a complex problem you've worked on in the past and explain to us how a solution was found and why it worked? What I'm looking for is, what's the problem? How did you spot the problem? How is it identified? How did you find the solution, and how did the solution solve the problem?"
