I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Daxko in Feb 2022
Interview
4 Interviews, one of them was a presentation to 6 Daxko staff members--the presentation ended up being pretty fun to create. It was stressful but totally fit in with thte job expectations.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked a lot of questions, but I think the most important question they kept asking though each interview was inquiring about how I handle conflict and team environments.
HR screener, Team interview, Manager interview, Director interview. Team interview included a presentation demoing a topic from a list of provided topics. Presentation was in a remote setting. Lots of time and work invested in the interview process, but overall positive experience.

Interview
Went through 5 interviews that took place over a 2 month period. One of these interviews was a presentation to a group. During the last interview they basically told me I got the job and I should be receiving an email with more information regarding the onboarding process. Ended up getting an email days later letting me know the job was no longer available. Such a waste of time and emotional energy. My hopes were up and I thought I finally landed a job after months of searching. Instead I was left feeling super defeated and slightly robbed. I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
besides the presentation, they asked basic questions(Greatest strength/weaknesses). Interview questions were not too hard but the 5 interviews were excessive

Went through many rounds just to be ghosted. I had interviewed with them before and they have you do a lot of interviews. Was hoping it would be worth it but no. Please stop wasting peoples time. Thanks.
