About 10-15 questions, with a program presentation or storytime plan. They will not clarify on any of the interview questions to be “fair”. They want examples with your answers and they rate your answers on a scale from 1 to 5

The interview is very structured and they provide a list of questions to that they give you time to look over before answering. There are multiple people who attend the interview and it feels more like an interrogation and not very conversational.

Was called in for a singular interview with multiple managers from different branches on the panel. They asked questions from a list (behavioral, past work experience, etc.), and then gave you 5-7 minutes to present a program that you created.
