I've seen the advert on caterer.com, submitted my CV and HR officer has rang me and invited for the interview, based on my availability. The interviewer was nice, but some of the questions not so relatable to the job role. Mainly examples from the past

Question 1
How can we support our community and what impact can it have on our business?
It was an initial virtual interview call on Microsoft Teams. The process was very quick and they offered me a job in the next few days. Upon a job offer it was an in person induction.

Interview
Quite informal but still professional. I was asked the general interview type questions of why I think I would be good for the role, my qualifications. I was referred by an employee for this role. Manager who interviewed took time to get to know me and was very helpful, professional and friendly.
