This was a panel interview that consisted of the branch director, foster care supervisor, adoption supervisor and adoption director. Typical interview questions were asked regarding two positions that were available, foster care worker and adoption specialist. Job schedule, benefits and possible salary ranges were discussed during the final portion of the interview.
