1 phone call first, general questions and finally an appointment for a face to face interview.
Then 2 interviews face to face, the last one with a manager. 30 min each interview. Easy and general questions, don't be worried.

The interview process took around 1h but went very smoothly. Hiring manager was nice even though sometimes asked some tricky questions (but I mean, it's part of the process). Overall I would consider it average.

svolgimento di una prima chiamata conoscitiva tramite risorse umane seguita poi da un colloquio in sede con due figure responsabili di vendita e incaricati delle assunzioni. Molto poco tecnico e basato più su una impressione di facciata e personalità più che da vere competenze o esperienze precedenti
