Interview process is very simple ,they test your communication skills , and your interest in joining the company, be prepared your resume coz they may ask each sentence to test your ability how much you are prepared for the interview

the interview process started to be decent where i formally introduced myself and spoke to the interviewer and later they started asking questions, but it felt like they are not even interested to interview anyone..

sono stato contattato tramite l'università. la giornata di selezione ha previsto la presentazione dell'azienda e della posizione aperta, successivamente un simulazione di gruppo con altri candidati per osservare il comportamento in una situazione pratica e successivamente (nel corso della stessa giornata) un colloquio singolo.

Second Round : Physical Test
i) Shuttle Run (20 MIN)
ii) Cross Court Workout (Group Event)
Third Round : Skit Performance
4/Team (Any Topic Can Be Performed)
Fourth Round : Live Our Life Program
Three - Four Days Life at Decathlon Branch
They will assign you to a specific department like CRM, Sales etc
And then INTERN and Final Call
