It was way different from other interviews. The interview has a fun physical screening where you are separated into teams and have to prove that you are someone who practices a sport regularly

There were more group discussions. Questions were the same that are asked in any other organisation
Applications are usually initially made based on recommendations from colleagues. This is followed by a two-stage interview process. If the first interview with the head of the sports department is successful, a second interview is conducted with the store manager, and the process is evaluated.

Easy, collective interview initially before proceeding to a one on one interview with the department manager. Different interview date with the store leader. Basic interview questions, nothing too difficult. Perfect for first-time job seekers.
