Short behavioral questions and intro of yourself. They will ask why decathlon and also ask you about your passion for sports. After that some short questions will follow about how to handle certain situations or which department within decathlon you want to work in (for example soccer, basketball, winter sports, etc.)

Why Decathlon? Tell us about your passion for sports.
The interview process took around 1h but went very smoothly. Hiring manager was nice even though sometimes asked some tricky questions (but I mean, it's part of the process). Overall I would consider it average.

svolgimento di una prima chiamata conoscitiva tramite risorse umane seguita poi da un colloquio in sede con due figure responsabili di vendita e incaricati delle assunzioni. Molto poco tecnico e basato più su una impressione di facciata e personalità più che da vere competenze o esperienze precedenti
