Brief, online, and only one or two questions, mostly about why you wanted to join THAT firm, and your law school experience. It was a little awkward, as my first OCI interview but not bad.

Casual questions where they ask about you and your interests. Nice people and a great experience. Seems like they do pretty interesting work and the office views are very nice. NY may be on a smaller side.

What practice area interests do you and have and why did you choose to apply to New York?
Applied through on-campus interviewing and had 20 minute initial screener interview (virtual). Followed by a callback interview a few days later with four separate interviewers, which was also virtual. I heard back a few days later regarding my candidacy.

Recruiter sent my resume. Dechert replied with interview offer. Human Resources screening was first for about 30 min, and then days later interview with four Partners for about 30 min each.
