I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Decision Lens (Arlington, VA) in Nov 2019
Interview
I started through an internal referral. I was associated with the company through past professional experience. I didn’t apply to any particular position but just shared my CV expressing an interest in joining them. I was first invited to meet with 3 senior management people. They identified a solutions engineering role for me for which I interviewed with them for 2 rounds. Then they said that they see me as a fit in the customer success team , so they began interviewing me for it. They scheduled a video and screen sharing presentation interview where several customer success people were in attendance.
