Declara Software Engineer interview questions

Interview was organized good and questions were hard. Actually staff was good prepared for interview and came with correct and valuable questions. But overall VP is very unorganized and dishonest person. Three times changed his word, did not keep promises, absolutely disorder person who changed everything. Several times called me on site, changed his position, changed initial agreement and eventually kicked me out promising to call "when he will be ready". Which means he balked, but cannot say it loudly.
