Very easy, multiple people. they base it off a sheet with 10 questions As long as you answer the questions honestly, the rest of the interview goes quickly. They are not hard questions, more less what if and what would you do type of questions.

Situational Questions. There were 6 people on the phone, they each asked a question off a list. There were 9 questions on the sheet. I asked one question. Received a tentative offer.

Due to covid, the only interview I had was over the phone and was with a panel of three interviewers. Standard interview questions were asked. Response time after the interview to time of offer was around 5 months

Telephone interview with a board of management. Very easy. This was 4 years ago though. It may be different now. They just asked basic questions like "what are your skills, experience, etc." They were very easy to interview with. I did not feel nervous at all.
