3 people interviewing - two people from the team applied for and one from HR. A short 5 minute verbal presentation answering a pre-set topic and then 50 minutes of competency based questions. The panel would prompt a response if they felt they hadn't heard enough evidence. Each response was marked from 1-7.

Interview process was efficient, organised albeit quite slow in terms of time submitting application to being invited to interview. Panellists helpful and considered. Interview was online and all information was provided well in advance.
