it was a simple interview, the basic questions like past experience and why you want to be a lash artist. was less than 15 mins for the interview. Then was followed up with a zoom interview which was pretty simple as well.

It was overall a straightforward interview, and the expectations were clear. They care about a good fit for their studio culture and lashing experience for their high-end clientele. They want to know you want to grow and be a team player.
