Interview
Was easy…too easy as they don’t tell you about the problems of the union and their staff. Difficult employee/employer relations that don’t take into account that their business suffers because of this strain on relationships.
The hiring manager was complaining about the company and mentioned everyone keeps quiting. What is worse than that, she kept saying she would probably be gone. Someone I know that is employed currently mentioned, "This is just how the manager is. She threatens to quit once a week!"
The interview process went pretty quick, it was via xoom. I it lasted about 35 minutes and it wasn't as nerve wrecking as I thought it was going to be.
