There are some specific components this reviewer leaves out. I can assure ANY candidate interviewed there is full transparency about earnings potential, policies and procedures, etc. There are NO "pie in the sky" promises made regarding what a sales person can earn. Inherited territories come with a base of business handed to the new hire. Relationships with these customers are built, as they are in most any sales position, and this takes time. It would be counter productive to give "extreme promises" to hired personnel as that would be such a waste of OUR time and money. Not only is it common sense, it's business sense that we gain nothing by such conduct.
