The worst process I have seen.First they called for an F2F Interview where they took 4 rounds.
1)Technical 1 (Android and Java questions and questions based on the apps you developed)
2)Technical 2 (Android and Java questions and questions based on the apps you developed)
3)HR Round
4)CEO Discussion
After 1 week when I asked for the feedback they called me again to meet co-founder.
Later on I asked for feedback again after 4 days.They just called me and took the telephonic technical round without any prior information.
After 1 week they informed that my skills doesn't match their expectations.
Seriously six rounds to identify that??? Do you think they are capable to take interview?
