Interview
They was no real interview process. I was just hired on the spot after filling out the application. They seemed to give anyone dressed decently and could speak correct English a job. Also helps if you should up between 2 and 4 when restaurants trend to be slowest so you do not frustrate the manager.

Interview
My interview took only about 10 min. The Mgr had lost my resume but remembered me due to my persistence and liked that so, I was given the job told to come back at 330 on Monday to do paperwork which I did and she thought she told me 3:00 so she apologized and politely asked if I could come back on Thursday at 2 and I would do paperwork and receive my schedule which I did only to find a new Mgr cause she had been transferred to another location and passed on no information about me and he said that he had no openings right now but he is interested in hiring me. When? Who knows?
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Denny's (Austinburg, OH) in Jun 2019
Interview
We talked about my experience and she told me about the job and duties. I told her of my recent experience with a coworker and she assured me that everyone is treated with respect and there would be no Bullying. That was a lie.

Interview
Very casual! Had the interview at an empty table in the restaurant on a slow afternoon. The Manager was as pleasant as could be. Offered me a soft drink which I thought was nice.
