Interview
Competency and skill-based interview with a member of HR was the third stage of the application process after the online application form and the Watson Glaser critical thinking test. At the moment I am still waiting to hear back on the outcome of the interview.

Question 1
- why Dentons, how the firm is different from its competitors;
- a commercial awareness question on the latest business issue of my own choice; and
- questions on leadership, motivation, organisation and prioritisation skills, teamwork - to tell a story when I showed such skills.
Interviewed for trainee solicitor role. Involved online application form and then an interview in person. They asked questions about technical skills, behaviour questions and about what you know about the firm

Application form online. On day of interview, meet with HR and answer some preliminary questions and then an interview with 2 associates. Heard back within a few days which was fairly prompt as these things go
