Interview
Started with an online application. An in-person interview was set up a few weeks later, followed by a group interview a few days after that. Finally, I received a phone call with an offer.
Typical OCI process, with first-round being virtual, then being invited to the office for in-person interviews. You meet with 2 sets of a Partner and an Associate and then get a firm tour. If successful, you get invited to another "informal" round, where you meet individually with other firm members. The last step was a student reception.
