Desert Winds Hospital interview questions

I applied online and got an email the next day asking to come in for an interview. After the interview, I got a call from another employee to set up a second interview with the CEO. But I got a call 30 minutes before my interview saying the CEO had an emergency and they would call later to reschedule. I got an email a few hours later saying they would not be moving forward with my application as they wanted someone with experience in a hospital setting. So unprofessional.
