I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Design Bridge and Partners (Singapore) in Dec 2019
Interview
My first meeting was a face to face dinner with my reporting manager and the Chairman. It was a relaxed dinner meeting, and very conversational, not so much like an interview, but more to get to know me, and my understanding of the industry and business.
Next up, was a formal interview with the HR Partner and MD. This also involved a case study challenge thrown at me, wherein I had to respond to challenge with how I would approach a certain client within a couple of days.
The presentation was followed up a few questions around my experiences, and approach, my comfort with the remote nature of the job, and my ambition.
