Design CATAPULT interview questions

I interviewed with the manager. I discussed background and topics related to the job. Later, after a month, he called me back to do a three-day trial period. It pretty much wastes my time. I was underpaid during the trial period. They didn't give me a chance to present my knowledge or thinking. Any attempts at advising them were met with argument.
