Extremely long interview with the owner. I never heard from her after. After the interview I really wasn't that interested in the position or company but I still expected an email to finish the process.

Interview
Fairly rapid hiring process, about 10 days from resume submission to first day of work. Since being hired I have seen the hiring process take anywhere from 10 days to a few weeks depending on the position and candidate availability. The management team hires for longevity, company culture matching, and most important skills to make a difference. The interview process is set up to screen out candidates that have over inflated, fluffed resumes - to find the candidates with solid skills and work ethics.
