Short simple one interview . One person from HR , one leader and one technician guy asked questions It was a talk. Negotiation after the technical meeting, and after choosing you, but they want to lower your requirements, so be prepared.

It was an internal interview, they are helping your career change if you start to have different goals.
The questions were spot on, there weren't extra pressures, It was a proper description of the projects they were working at.
