1. General discussion
2. Technical Round (2 rounds)
3. Discussion with LOB Head (From fitment perspective, they will try to grill you on your interpersonal skills)

Interview based on the skills that you have written in your CV.
My interview started on basic concepts of DevOps, Agile, Lean, ITIL and discussion moved to some scenario-based questions like:
how to evaluate the need for DevOps in team/company?
hindrances in DevOps implementations?
Where we should not implement DevOps?
Than discussion moved to technical skills like I have mentioned in my CV about Git, Jenkins, JPaC, Docker, K8S, Splunk, Openshit, Linux etc.
