I was supposed to meet with 2 economists and 1 non-technical person. The 2 economists were too busy so the entire interview was conducted by the non-technical person. She was nice, but she could not sufficiently judge my technical skills or describe the work I would be doing. I was deeply offended! This is a very disorganized company and they clearly do not value prospective employees enough to even show up! DO NOT INTERVIEW HERE!
