I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Devbridge (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2022
Interview
There was a hiring manager round after the initial screening call. The hiring manager (product director) was not much interested in discussion and at the beginning itself told me it will be a short interview. She mentioned that even though I had strong knowledge in agile and product management, the role can only be performed by an internal candidate.

I applied online. I interviewed at Devbridge (London, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
It was 3 stage interview process, with the last stage being 2 hours on-site test/interview. I received an offer but they told me that they will be able to offer 10k less than what I initially told them my desired range is. Also I was offered 'Manager' position instead of 'Senior Manager' role which I was being interviewed for. I asked to clarify how these roles differ but they didn't answer which made it clear that they want someone to do the same role but with less salary.

Interview
Final interview is a poorly thought out release planning exercise which seemed to focus more on how closely you follow internal Devbridge processes than your thought process or how you approached the problem.
Very wide scope with limited time and they were critical of any areas they didn't feel you covered well enough. I have done quite a few of these types of projects and this was the least well thought out and certainly didn't make me excited about working there.
