Developmental Disabilities Ministries Direct Support Professional (DSP) interview questions

Initial Interview was a phone interview which is conducted by the HR Director. I was hired on the spot and referred to Job Placement to find a home that was good a match for me. The job placement took a few days but I found a great home to work at. DDM requires you to meet the residents before you are placed in a home.
