Asked easy and basic questions. Asked what my customer service skills were. Also asked how I would handle angry customers. Straight to the point. I answered all the questions and got the job with a breeze.

I was initially contacted through e-mail and invited to a Zoom interview. After the zoom interview I was emailed the job offer that I signed online. Onboarding was all done through email.

I had to complete an assessment before the interview where I had to complete a typing portion and a mock call portion. Then I received a call to briefly go over the job information and reschedule a second call in interview. The call in interview was a group interview where we received more information about the job.
