Interview
Call with recruiter, then a 30 min screening round with one of the team members and finally a 2 hour panel interview with the whole team. Smooth interview process. The recruiter call was just to go over the next steps. Screening round and final round consisted of a mix of resume based, general programming and robotics questions. Final panel round consisted of an interview with full team and then individual interviews with all members.

Lots of technical questions, stress on C++ and ROS 2 fundamentals. I was also asked a lot of resume based questions.

Interview
Recruiter missed first interview call. I rescheduled for a few hours later and she missed that call. Made it to second interview and that person missed that call. Finally made got rescheduled. Didn't make it to onsite interview. As a Marine I am not use to this type of culture and they didn't like that I had a problem with 3 missed interviews. Respect the time I took time to block my schedule for you.

Interview
I talked to an employee who recommended me to the COO who brought me in for an onsite. I met with a number of team members over the period of a few hours, we spoke about the expectations of the role, the challenges they have faced to date, and how I can add value.
