Written test and face to face interview, several questions asked on how to deal with different customers, very logical questions.. You need to be very smart and experienced to get them right
The interview process was Smooth and straightforward. Interviewer's were friendly and gave proper expectations about the interview. My overall experience was interesting as I discovered and learned insights about the role and company culture.

Interview
Very formal, it was a 5 man panel. In a very classy location. Interview questions was based on description of previous role and experience. Very professional and content related. No room for inconsistencies.
