Interview
I first met with the management team to discuss credentials and experience. Was then called to follow up with a formal interview. Interviewed with management and owner. We discussed background, goals, leadership, and compensation. This was followed by a less formal lunch interview and leadership review with current team leaders to establish compatibility and shared company goals.
