You are called in for an in-person interview which usually runs about 30 to 45 minutes. Candidates who obviously aren't a good fit get shown the door sooner than that. They grill you with questions related to the position, ask to see samples of work and sometimes ask for a live test of your abilities. You are observed on your character and ability to fit in with the team.
