• The first round was on call with the Hr, where she told me about the company and things related to ERP & Business analyst.• Then the second round was with the Team Leader where she discussed about the company, my skills and the expected salary. • Third round was with the Director of the company where he tried to understand my mindset, personality. • After that the hr and hr head called me for the negotiation. • But I denied as the offered salary was less, they were expecting to use my phone and laptop and no reimbursement was provided. Also, the shift time was not fixed.
No one really asked any technical questions, and it felt like they just want a guy who can work hard, I don't think they want a person for any technical purpose
