Interview
Three panel interview proceed with Director and their two direct reports. Conversational flow, was not rigid. Asked personality based questions mixed with experience. Wanted to know a lot about how past experience would translate to the role. Tell a story.
Through recruiter: CV, followed by a F2F interview, followed by a presentation with the general manager. The conversation was very friendly and pleasant. The atmosphere was relaxed and overall the process was nice.
