Interview
I had several rounds of interviews: an initial screening call, a meeting with the manager, a case study & presentation of the case, and, finally, an interview with the MD.
Applied on LinkedIn, they responded a few weeks later asking to set up a phone call and then a video interview. Everyone was extremely friendly and down-to-earth, no curveballs were thrown. Overall it was a good experience.

I applied through employee referral. I was contacted by a recruiter. After reviewing my work and speaking to me on the phone, I was invited to the office for 2 hours of interviews with 6 people (2 groups of 3) Each meeting was about 30 minutes with a small tour at the beginning. Very casual.
