Meeting with HR person as well as head of department. Second meeting with the client.
The explained the job and the profile they were looking for. Then they asked me to present myself. It felt like a real conversation in order to find out if it is a fit, which is nice.

Interview
Everyone goes through every round of the interview process before the select someone. There were 4 rounds. All of the interviews were over Teams. A couple of the calls had multiple people sitting in on the interviews.
Great process overall. HR was very organized and communicative. The interviews were conversation-based, mostly focused on previous experience and cultural fit. However there was one “test” in the final round.
