Interview
It was very comfortable and fair process, I was given a break when my answers were short. I spoke with two hiring managers and store support. Everyone was very helpful. The questions revolved around my experience with cosmetics.

Question 1
The questions were simple and straight forward. Anyone could answer. Most of the questions were about the position itself and my interest in working at Dillard s. I enjoyed the interview process with Dillard's.

Just show some product knowledge or make up and that you are there to help build customers confidence and you’re for sure. Get the job when I interviewed. I interviewed with two separate people for two days and the third day I was offered a position.

Came in and met multiple levels of management.
Talked about schedule, pay, expectations, etc and insurance.
Talked about how to use computers and clocking in and lunchbreaks.

Easy, Asked about my background and experience related to the position. Only had to do one interview and if you get the job you do training for about two weeks.
