I applied only & heard back after more than a week or so. Someone would message you via Workpop and would arrange a meeting time for an interview. When I got there, the Asian manager guy was simply rude and unprofessional. He didn't even bother to shake my hand when he greeted me. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected throughout the whole interview. Typical questions like why Din Tai Fung? Strengths and weaknesses? How do you picture yourself in 5 years? etc.
