They called through college at their office. First round was just a formality. No screening was done. After that 3rounds of technical interview. All three looked impressed and I answered almost 95% of their questions and that too correctly. After 3 days, results were out and I was not selected. Since my interview went so good, I called them for feedback and the HR person was not even able to give the proper feedback. They also reduced their package from 3.5lpa to 2.5lpa after giving their final result.
