First of all, thank you for considering us as a potential employer We also thank you for your helpful feedback about your interview experience and will work to improve the process based on your input.
Due to the very high volume of initial applicants,, each of whom deserved a careful review of their qualifications, and the fact that screening and interviews occured through the holiday season, our process did not move as quickly as we would like. We did send an email to all candidates once a final decision was made, so we are not sure why you did not receive the notification and regret any misunderstanding it may have caused.
