Applied via LinkedIn. All commnunication was via LinkedIn, which is when the recruiter asked to meet in person. When I came in for the interview, I walked in the room and as we were walking in, I was asked "so tell me about your current role" which was extremely weird, considering I hadnt even a chance to even sit down and barely say hello or how are you! She wasnt interested in me as a person at all, just wanted to know about my role I currently do. I got really bizzare vibes from her, and also as a company, because it showed they dont care about the people, just WHAT the employee can do. The interview was very rushed, about 20 minutes, and at the end she asked me to send her my references via LinkedIn so she could call them (which I took was a good sign). I sent her my referneces within a couple of hours of my interview. I didnt hear anything back, so I followed up a couple of days later and still nothing. Didn't even read the messages. Probably one of the weirdest interviewers I have met, and a strange process overall. Had they offered me the role, I probably would've turned it down.
