I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Docusign in Nov 2016
Interview
I applied online and heard back from a recruiter within a couple of days to set up a phone call (I am out of state). The recruiter was very friendly and personable. We chatted for about 30 minutes and set up and WebEx presentation for several of the Sales Managers.
The WebEx interview lasted about an 45 min - 1 hour. I was asked questions about my education, experience, and how I would react to different scenarios. Everything was pretty standard/average until the interview was ending. As was signing off, I could hear the managers repeat my last words, followed by laughter, which I thought was extremely unprofessional. My suggestion is to make sure they are completely signed off before making any remarks.
Thank you for your review and your feedback. We'd like to hear more. If you are comfortable, please reach out to Michael Erisman, VP of HR, Michael.Erisman@docusign.com.

Interview
Uninterested panel interviewers, canned questions after a presentation on background, & experience. If you have years of experience and are not in your 20s, do not waste your time. Ageism is alive and well.

Interview
The interview process was really straight forward, first, you will have a phone screening then a fast Zoom interview with 4 managers 15 min each, and the last stage is a presentation + role play.
The interviewers are really helpful through the entire process and I found it to be a really good interviewing process.
